Coronavirus lockdown: Burglars steal liquor from excise department building after breaking open roof
Few miscreants in Ballari broke open the roof of an excise department building and stole liquor bottles worth thousands of rupees
Ballari: Amid coronavirus lockdown, the state has gone dry with no liquor shops open. While some threatened to commit suicide over the non-availability of drinks, there are few miscreants who have committed burglary for alcohol in Karnataka's Ballari. A group of burglars broke open the roof of excise department building and stole 100 litres of liquor worth Rs 45,000. Siriguppa excise department officials have filed a complaint with police over the burglary.
