A video of a dog rescuing an abandoned kitten and bringing it back home is going viral.

In the video, a dog can be seen showing the path to a kitten who is trailing behind her.

The dog, however, goes back constantly to encourage the kitten to reach out to the house.

The heart-warming video shows the dog even helping the kitten get up on the porch and enter the house.

The adorable video was shared by Rex Chapman with the caption, “This good girl found and brought home an abandoned kitten. Not all heroes wear capes. Sometimes they wear collars...(sic).”
