Watch: Dog saves grasshopper from drowning; video goes viral

From loving unconditionally to helping others, animals teach us a lot of things. Now a video of a dog saving a grasshopper has gone viral on digital media, sending a beautiful message. This clip was shared on Twitter by Earth’s Beauty with the caption, “Grasshopper saved from drowning (sic).”

In the 6-second video, a dog puts its mouth in a swimming pool. Initially, it looks like the dog is drinking water from the pool. But after a few seconds, one can see that the dog is trying to pick something out of the water. Turns out that the dog was trying to save a grasshopper from sinking. After the dog gets the grasshopper out of the water, it walks away and turns back to see whether the grasshopper is doing well. Netizens fell in love with this video.
