Fire Rescue Battalion Chief rescues a dog stuck in frozen pond, Watch Video

As Texas battles with cold temperatures, an Odessa Fire Rescue Battalion Chief was caught on camera, saving a dog’s life.

This video shared by Odessa, Texas - City Government on their Facebook page. The dog ran away from his house fell into the semi-frozen pond. The puppy was stuck in the frozen pond for around 30 minutes. However, Larry Norrid and his team rushed to the spot and managed to save the puppy.
