Filipino President Rodrigo Duterte tries to grope maid; palace says 'No malice'

Once again, Filipino President Rodrigo Duterte has been in the headlines. Yes, in a viral video, Duterte is seen trying to touch his housemaid inappropriately during his birthday celebration.

In the video, the President of the Philippines sitting at a table on his 76th birthday. As his helper brings him a cake, the President tries to touch the woman’s lower body. 

The video drew a lot of criticism online; the president's spokesperson Harry Roque defended Duterte’s act and claimed "no malice". Watch the video.
