Car swallowed by sinkhole in Mumbai's Residential Complex After Heavy Rains, Rescued After 12 hours

Due to heavy rainfall in Mumbai, a vast sinkhole completely swallowed a parked car in a residential complex. This episode occurred on Sunday morning in Ghatkopar West's Cama Lane residential society.  

Twitter user Subodh Srivastava shared this video, with the caption, "Car swallowed completely by a sinkhole in a residential complex in Mumbai.. Later discovered that it was a covered well under a parking lot!" Watch the video.

The BMC later rescued the car out of the well after 12 hours. First, the water was extracted from the well with the help of two water pumps, later car was pulled out with a crane.
