Fresh data related to the electoral bonds scheme was made public by the Election Commission on Sunday. The data, which was initially submitted to the Supreme Court in sealed covers, has now been made public as per the court's directive. 

The remarks by Minister Anbarasan surfaced just days after PM Modi's extensive roadshow in Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu. The inflammatory comments have added fuel to the already charged political atmosphere in the state.

Accusing the DMK-led government of lacking substantive action and merely taking undue credit, PM Modi condemned the inclusion of the 'Chinese sticker' in the advertisement.
