A Malaysian gynaecologist, Dr John Tang Ing Ching, had made it to the history book of unique inventions with the world's first 'unisex condom'.

Created with the hope of encouraging both men and women to take 'better control of their sexual health', Wondaleaf Unisex Condom, is a condom with an adhesive covering that attaches to the vagina and penis as well as covers the adjacent areas for enhanced protection.

Dr John Tang Ing Ching, a gynaecologist and founder of the medical supplies firm Twin Catalyst, said that the adhesive is applied on one side of Wondaleaf, which means it can be reversed and used by either sex.

Made out of polyurethane, a material usually used in transparent wound dressings, each box of Wondaleaf Unisex Condom that contains two condoms will cost 14.99 ringgit and will be available via the firm's website this December.
