S Vijayadharani, an incumbent member of the Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly from the Vilavancode constituency representing Indian National Congress, was evicted from the Tamil Nadu assembly, after she was engaged in an arguement with speaker P Dhanapal who condemned her behaviour and said serious action would be taken if she continued with such demeanour. The Congress legislature party leader, KR Ramasamy tried to raise the matter after her eviction, Dhanapal told him not to divert the issue while all the Congress members walked out to signify their protest after Dhanapal summoned the house watch and ward staff for her eviction.
