On its seventh day, 'Irumudi' collected an India net of ₹6.90 crore and ₹65 lakh from overseas markets. This brings the total for Day 7 to about ₹8 crore. So far, the film's total India collections stand at ₹106.95 crore gross and ₹92.15 crore net. With overseas earnings of around ₹18 crore, the movie's worldwide gross has crossed ₹124.85 crore. The film's team says it's already nearing the ₹150 crore mark, and nobody would be surprised if it races towards ₹200 crore.

The film was made on a budget of ₹40 crore, and its theatrical business was valued at ₹21 crore. It has already collected a share of over ₹65 crore, which means it has made a profit of more than ₹45 crore. The film is now on its way to hitting a ₹100 crore share.
