US Marines from the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit boarded the Iranian-flagged oil tanker M/T Celestial Sea in the Gulf of Oman for suspected violation of the U.S. blockade. After inspection, the vessel was redirected. America has now redirected 91 commercial ships to enforce the blockade. Tensions rise in critical shipping waters.
