Bengaluru: Bharathi Athinarayanan, a Bengaluru resident has become a role model for people of the city with his “no honking campaign.” He became a part of the campaign in 2016 and over three years, has travelled 42,000 km in his two-wheeler and four-wheeler and has not honked even once. He also creates awareness by distributing posters with interesting messages that dissuade people from honking. He has not only managed to travel without honking inside the city, but also in Kerala and Tamil Nadu.
