Viral video: Monkey saves its baby from well

Bengaluru: A viral clip of a monkey saving her child from a deep well is gaining emotions on the digital media. The video was shared by India Forest Service (IFS) officer Susanta Nanda on Twitter.

 

In the video, a distressed and scared baby monkey is weeping inside a well as it tries to find a way to come out of it.

 

While the mother monkey came to its rescue, she lowered herself inside the well while balancing her back legs and tried to get her baby out. Eventually, she managed to get hold of her baby, after which the baby jumped onto her back.

 

The mother then tried to climb out of the well with her baby balanced on her back. After the baby come out, the mother hugged the baby. The viral video managed to leave the netizens amazed. Watch the video here.
