RSS Chief Mohan Bhagwat said that individuals with cultural Marxist and woke inclinations are leveraging their impact within media and academia to negatively influence the education and cultural aspects of the country.
Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh Chief Mohan Bhagwat on Tuesday tore into those claim to be Woke or believe in Wokism, calling them anti-social and and stating that their working style is to make the education, culture, politics and social environment of the countries victims of confusion and corruption.
"Some anti-social people call themselves cultural Marxists or Woke. But they have also forgotten Marx since the 1920s. They are opposed to all the orderliness, prosperity, rituals and restraint in the world. A handful of people have control over the entire human race, so reward, promote and propagate anarchy and self-indulgence," Bhagwat said during the annual Dusshera rally at Reshimbaug ground in Nagpur.
"By taking the mediums and academies in their hands, their working style is to make the education, culture, politics and social environment of the countries victims of confusion and corruption. In such an environment, fear, confusion and hatred are created through false, contradictory and exaggerated circles. The society, entangled in mutual conflicts, trapped in confusion and weakness, and broken, unknowingly become prey to these destructive forces seeking their own dominance everywhere," he added.
