In Karnataka's Hosapete, he said that those who make anti-national statements should not be released. And in case they are released then his party workers will kill her in an encounter.

19-year-old girl Amulya Leona, who has become a subject of national debate following her pro-Pakistan slogans in Bengaluru, has been remanded to 14-days judicial custody after cops booked her under Indian Penal Code Section 124A (Offence of Sedition).
