Spastics Society of Karnataka organises winter carnival to raise awareness on children with disabilities

The sixth winter carnival, organised by Spastics Society of Karnataka will include school and college students, corporate volunteers, staff, parents, friends and residents of Bengaluru

Bengaluru: Spastics Society of Karnataka (SSK), an NGO providing rehabilitation services to children with developmental disabilities organised their biennial winter carnival on December 14, to raise awareness and funds to support various rehabilitation services at the main centre and the other sub-centres for children with special needs.

The carnival planned an inclusive event showcasing the skills and individual talents of the children of SSK by selling the products made by the kids, as well as others, sold in festive stalls.

Also, various entertainment programmes, including musical performances, magic show, interactive games, potter’s wheel, were held.
