Jaipur: Gulab Chand Kataria, BJP leader and Rajasthan MLA, has courted controversy while attending a meeting. He said Mahathma Gandhi divided India (for his own selfish interests) and not the BJP.
He added that Gandhi divided the nation and made the other country a Muslim nation. He also said that India is not a Dharma Shala to welcome all Muslims.
Comments against Congress:
Kataria said that the Congress has been almost decimated, and if the party needs to stand up, they should find a proper place in the Parliament and become equals with the BJP. He warned the Congress saying, "You are making statements that are strengthening Pakistan, and not our India."
He also said that Congress is making these statements just to cater to vote bank politics.
