Amaravati: Though CrPC section 149 has been imposed in the capital to restrict farmers and representatives of Amaravati Parirakshana Joint Action Committee (JAC) from staging protests ahead of the Assembly session in Andhra Pradesh, many people from the capital including women tried to lay siege and create ruckus during the session. However, the police controlled the agitated mob and prevented them from creating any ruckus. Former MP and TDP leader Maganti Babu expressed his opinion on decentralisation and the attitude of CM YS Jagan Mohan Reddy and said Jagan maybe young but he should take decisions wisely.
