Karnataka: An ambulance transported a two-month-old baby from Shivamogga to Mangaluru's Wenlock Hospital in just three hours. The Coastal and hill region of Karnataka comprising Dakshina Kannada, Shivamogga and Chikkkamagaluru residents ensured the ambulance reached as early as possible and gave way.

Chikkamagaluru Police went to the extent of ensuring zero traffic on the entire crucial stretch that connects Shivamogga to Mangaluru. A video of public standing by the road and giving way to the ambulance has gone viral.
