Karnataka minister CT Ravi warns UT Khader of Godhra-like situation
Karnataka minister CT Ravi said Godhra-like situation would arise if the majority loses patience. Congress leader UT Khader had claimed that Karnataka would burn if the Citizenship (Amendment) Act is implemented.
Bengaluru: Amid the ongoing protests against the Citizenship Act, Kannada and culture minister CT Ravi reacted to Congress MLA UT Khader’s statement where he claimed that Karantaka would “blow up in cinders” if the Yediyurappa government tried to implement the Citizenship Amendment Act in the state.

CT Ravi said that a ‘Godhra-like’ situation can arise only with the mindset of people like UT Khader. CM BS Yediyurappa too had said it is because of people like Congress MLA UT Khader such things are happening, and if they continue in the same way, they will have to face the consequences.
