The spine chilling video of Abdul Khader collapsing was captured on CCTV.
After lockdown restrictions, only four are allowed to stay in a Masjid and pray, while maintaining social distance. Khader opted for his name to be included and had set a precedent for other Muslims.
Khader is a resident of Kadaba Taluk in Dakshina Kannada district.
