Girls create ruckus at police station in drunken stupor

Two girls in drunken stupor created ruckus at Hassan police station, Karnataka, after they were taken into custody and reprimanded for their behaviour.

Hassan: Two girls in their 20s were seen creating a ruckus at Sakaleshwaranagar police station in Hassan, Karnataka, on Tuesday night. The two girls, Kavana and Bhavana (names changed), who were brought to the police station in an inebriated state, abused the police and even threatened the cops. Schools and colleges have been given holidays in the wake of coronavirus and these two girls along with a few boys were visiting Hassan. The girls partied with the boys and in an inebriated state were creating ruckus on the streets on the outskirts of Sakaleshwaranagar. The residents complained to the police, who later took them to the police station. The cops had an uphill task of convincing the girls to get back home and hand them over to their respective parents.
