Udhampur in Jammu and Kashmir got its first child-friendly police station with an aim to create fear-free atmosphere for children
Udhampur (J&K): Jammu and Kashmir’s Udhampur got its first ‘child-friendly’ police station. Special Juvenile Police Unit was inaugurated on January 19. The main aim behind the new station is to create fear-free atmosphere for children. Police station has been decorated with wall paintings and consists of play area. Several people attended the inauguration of the special unit in Udhampur.
