A doctor from Hyderabad tried committing suicide as he was suspended on charges of spreading false news on coronavirus
Hyderabad: Dr Vasanth Kumar, a resident medical officer who was suspended on charges of spreading false news about coronavirus, attempted self-immolation in the hospital premises. He alleged that he attempted to kill himself due to harassment by senior officials, including the superintendent of the hospital.
