BJP stages protest over Nankana Sahib gurdwara attack in Pakistan

BJP leaders and party workers staged a protest over Nankana Sahib gurdwara attack in Pakistan. The leaders and party workers also went on a door-to-door campaign to spread awareness about CAA. 
 

Chandigarh: BJP unit in Punjab’s Anandpur Sahib held a protest condemning Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan. Many leaders along with party workers hit the streets with the intention of making the general public aware of the Citizenship Amendment Act which was passed by the Government of India. Earlier, BJP district president Jitendra Singh Atwal and BJP Anandpur Sahib district in-charge Parminder Sharma held a meeting with party workers and pushed them to go on a door-to-door campaign to spread awareness about CAA and clear confusion among Muslim minorities. Protesting against Pakistan and condemning the attack on Nankana Sahib gurdwara in Pakistan, protesters burnt the effigy of the Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan and raised slogans condemning Pakistan. Protesters also questioned the silence of Congress minister Navjot Singh Sidhu who claims to a friend of Imran Khan.
