Bengaluru witnesses another blast at chemical factory, black smoke, smell reported, no casualty yet

Another day, another blast, Bengaluru city off late has been reporting back-to-back fire and blast incidents. In the latest incident, a blast at a chemical factory in Attibele was reported at around 12 pm.

Due to the fire incident, 7 persons have been severely injured and are being treated at a nearby hospital.

Fire and emergency personnel arrived within a few minutes after the incident.

According to officials, it is said that a cylinder blast took place in the chemical factory.

The area is surrounded by thick black smoke and also a smell. The public found difficulty in breathing and also coughing due to the smell and smoke.
It is said, a fire incident was also reported earlier too at this factory.

DySP Mallesh arrived at the spot and is monitoring the situation.

As hundreds of onlookers gathered which created hurdles in free vehicle movement, the police warned them of lathicharge.

Meanwhile, the new Tharagupet blast at cracker shed in which two died and three were seriously injured, the FSL team pointed out that the place escaped from major catastrophe as 70 plus boxes did not catch fire.

Yesterday a blast was reported in the commercial area of Tagarupet.

Due to the blast Aslam Pasha's body was ripped apart and another victim also died on the spot.

Earlier, due to a gas cylinder blast in an apartment, two women were charred to death.
