Bengaluru: Students protest decision on reopening colleges without MHA and UGC guidelines

Bengaluru: Bangalore Student Community protested at Maurya circle on September 12 over the decision on reopening colleges without MHA and UGC Guidelines in Karnataka. This comes after deputy chief minister and higher education minister Ashwath Narayana CN announced that all colleges in the state will reopen from October 1.

The students say that the Centre has to pass guidelines on reopening colleges and then the state will be directed to open colleges or not, but now things have changed in the state.
