Goa CM stops convoy, attends to injured tourist, gets her admitted to hospital
In a heart-warming gesture, Goa CM Pramod Sawant stopped his convoy and helped an accident victim get admitted to a nearby hospital.
Bengaluru: Goa CM Pramod Sawant set an example as he stopped his convoy and provided much-needed assistance to a woman tourist who had met with an accident. The CM is himself is a doctor. He first examined her and then took her to the nearest hospital in one of his escort vehicles.
The CM was on his way back from the Dabolim international airport, after returning from an official visit to the national capital. As he saw the accident victim, he stopped the convoy at the Zuari bridge to enquire after the woman who was knocked down in a hit-and-run case.
