Bigil movie: Delay in screening sends Vijay fans on rampage, 36 arrested
As fans eagerly awaited the release of 'Thalapathy' Vijay's Diwali special- Bigil, some fans on Thursday night in Tamil Nadu's Krishnagiri turned violent as a special screening of the movie was delayed.
Tamil superstar Vijay's fans went on a rampage in Tamil Nadu's Krishnagiri as the special show of the film Bigil was delayed in one of the theatres. The fans vandalised public properties and pelted stones near the theatre area. In a video that went viral, Vijay’s fans can be seen destroying the movie posters they had brought along with them. Meanwhile, Tamil Nadu Police have arrested 36 fans regarding the incident.
