'Respect and Honour Should Not Be Hurt': Fadnavis REACTS to Chhaava Controversy
Maharashtra CM Devendra Fadnavis has reacted to the Chhaava controversy, stressing that historical figures like Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj must be portrayed with respect. He stated, 'This respect and honour should not be hurt.' The film's director, Laxman Uttekar, promised to edit objectionable scenes. Minister Uday Samant also demanded the removal of a particular sequence involving the ruler.
