Corporator-legislator war: Health workers, police turn scapegoats, get attacked in Bengaluru

Dirty politics often triggers tense situations and this is exactly what happened at Bengaluru’s Padarayanpura, marked as a red zone for coronavirus cases. 

Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) Corporator Imran Pasha has been aiming to become MLA. When the situation turned volatile after lockdown and total sealing, the opportunity was allegedly used to train the guns against MLA BZ Zameer Ahmed Khan. 

The politics between Khan and Pasha have allegedly resulted in health workers and police being attacked.
