Watch: Hiker's narrow escape from cougar

Kyle Burgess from Utah was on his way back from his trail run at Slate Canyon near Provo, US when he spotted the cubs first and then eventually the mother appears, growling and chasing him for the next few minutes.

In the video, Burgess can be heard shouting: "Go away! Go get your babies."

However, he didn't stop recording the scene, and he calmly stepped back not to piss the mother more.
