The benefit of special maternity leave shall be admissible only to a female central government servant with less than two surviving children and for child delivery only in an authorised hospital. It was stated that these orders shall be applicable to government personnel assigned to the civil services and posts in connection with the activities of the Union of India in accordance with Rule 2 of the Central Civil Services (Leave) Rules 1972.

The award seeks to recognise 'work of distinction' and is presented for outstanding achievement and service in all fields and disciplines, including art, literature, education, sports, medicine, social work, science and engineering, public affairs, civil service, and trade and industry.

On July 24, 2022, the written examination for Group 4 services will be held. To obtain their admission cards, applicants can visit the official website.

Faced with a severe shortage of IAS officers, the Mizoram government has decided to fund the preparation of 40 UPSC aspirants from the state.

Over 13,000 candidates have qualified for the civil services (preliminary) examination 2022, which was declared on Wednesday by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC). 

WBPSC Prelims Admit Card 2022 is for the Civil Services Preliminary exam, which is scheduled on June 19, 2022. Please take note that the official notification explicitly states that everyone must have this document with them in the test hall.

The four top slots in the ranking list have gone to women this year with Shruti Sharma topping the examination followed by Ankita Agarwal and Gamini Singla on the second and third rank respectively.

Candidates who registered for the examination can access the admit card from the official website of UPSC.

The Prime Minister added that every decision taken by the officials should be with the goal of ensuring the unity of the nation.

Dabi, an IAS officer who topped the civil service examinations in 2015, is now engaged to Pradeep Gawande, an IAS officer from the 2013 batch. Pradeep Gawande, Tina's three-year senior, is the Director of Archeology and Museums in Rajasthan.

Ahead of 73rd Republic Day, the Indian government released the list of Padma Awards -- one of the highest civilian awards of the country, in three categories -- Padma Vibhushan, Padma Bhushan and Padma Shri.
