Kaala case: Karnataka High Court says state is duty bound to protect theater owners and distributors
Karnataka high court gives its verdict on superstar Rajinikanth-starrer Kaala
In a blow to the organisations demanding a ban on Rajinikanth-starrer 'Kaala' Karnataka High Court seeks a list of theatres and exhibitors to be provided to the state. It said that the state is duty bound to protect them. The court has also said it cannot interfere in any ban matters after CBFC has given its certification.
