If terror has no religion or colour, why this selective use of 'saffron terror'?

'Terror has no religion' is what trends on social media whenever there is a major attack. There is no colour to it too. Be it the Charlie Hebdo attack, the London underground attack, Brussels airport and metro bombings or the Sydney hostage crisis. However, in India, people cannot stop using the term 'saffron terrorism' at any act of violence where a Hindu is involved -be it the Malegaon blasts or the Mecca Masjid bombings. Why this selective description of terrorism?
