Fresh visuals and photos have emerged of China's People's Liberation Army vacating the Finger areas in the northern bank of Pangong Tso where Chinese troops had ingressed into the Indian claim line.

The videos show convoys loaded with troops and equipment moving towards the Chinese side. It also shows that the PLA troops are dismantling the camps.

In an effort to scale down the tensions along the border in Pangong Tso areas, both sides have decided to disengage the troops and equipment. On February 10, China claimed that the two countries will restore the April 2020 status quo at two friction points in eastern Ladakh.

Next day, Defence minister Rajnath Singh informed the Parliament about the development and assured the House that next round of talks would take place on Depsang, Gogra and Hot Spring.
