Bengaluru: A short clip of a beggar feeding street dogs from his plate has gone viral. Indian Forest Service (IFS) officer Susanta Nanda shared this 17-second video on Twitter. In the video, he was sitting next to the dogs on a street as the animals ate. Watch the emotional video.
