Sharad Pawar's birthday: Crowd pounces on cake at event, video goes viral

Maharashtra's Cabinet minister Dhananjay Munde had organised an event on Saturday on the occasion of Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) chief Sharad Pawar's 80th birthday.
While the event was attended by several party colleagues and was even graced by actor Govinda, the highlight of the event was the birthday cake for Sharad Pawar that weighed a whopping 81 kg.
After cutting the cake, party leaders left, and several workers rushed to the stage to get their share of the cake. A video that has emerged on social media shows NCP workers, without masks, going berserk for the cake, ditching social distancing norms and scooping out massive pieces of the cake using hands.
