Landslide hits vehicles in J&K's Udhampur; One killed & two injured
A major landslide occured in Jammu and Kashmir causing a havoc disaster as it has hit many vehicles. Two are severely injured and one has died.
The driver of an earthmover has died. Two others injured after a major landslide hit several vehicles along the Srinagar-Jammu highway in the Samroli area of Udhampur district Jammu Kashmir.
As per sources, several vehicles, including an earthmover, worked on the highway during a significant landslide, resulting in one spot death of a JCB driver besides injuries of two others. The man, identified as Muhammad Afroz Alam, killed on the spot after being hit by the landslide debris.
The injured persons have been shifted to a nearby health facility. Several vehicles also stuck in the incident.
