Elephant rescued from well in Karnataka in jumbo effort by officials; video goes viral

An elephant was rescued from an agricultural well in Malai Mahadeshwara Wildlife Sanctuary in Karnataka. IFS officer Yedukondalu shared a video of the efforts on his Twitter handle. In the video, one can see an elephant struggling in a well while officials attempt to rescue it. A smooth path was created by a crane on one side of the well, through which the elephant could come out. This video went viral on social media.
