Bakrid 2020: Friends celebrate festival creating awareness about COVID-19 in Bengaluru
On Bakrid, two friends in Bengaluru took to the streets in PPE suits and created awareness about the coronavirus
Bengaluru: Ameen E Mudassar of covidhelplinebangalore.com and his friend created awareness among people about the coronavirus (COVID-19) in a unique way, on Bakrid today (August 1). Mudassar and Muhammed Asiam wore PPE suits so that people would understand the gravity of the situation. The duo was happy to say that people who saw them went to them and said that they realised how close the coronavirus are to them. The surrounding people said that the duo's action made them realise how bad the situation is.
The duo made an announcement about why people should take care, maintain social distancing and celebrate the big day at home. Mudassar added that this day is very special for him as he could celebrate it the best way by making people aware of the deadly virus.
