Video of SP Balasubrahmanyam undergoing physiotherapy in hospital goes viral

After almost two months of treatment in a Chennai hospital, legendary singer S P Balasubrahmanyam passed away today (September 25). He was 74 years old. SPB had been in MGM hospital since August 5. Tributes poured in on social media soon after Balasubrahmanyam's son SP Charan announced his death.

On August 28, the hospital said that the singer was conscious, responsive and participating in "passive" physiotherapy. Now a video of Balasubrahmanyam accomplishing physiotherapy has emerged on social media. In the video, medical staff are motivating the singer to perform the task. However, the authenticity of the video is yet to be verified.
