A team of five smugglers were nabbed by Nandigama Police on Sunday and narcotic substances worth Rs 70 lakh were seized

Krishna (AP): Andhra Pradesh Police busted a drug racket carried out by an interstate gang. Police seized gutkha and marijuana worth Rs 70 lakh along with 5 cars, and Rs 15,000 cash. The gang of 5 were apprehended under the supervision of DSP Ramana Murty of Nandigama. Inspector Satish, sub inspector Srihari and their team were appreciated and rewarded for their efforts. Even after repeated warnings, this gang was making arrangements to transport gutkha dump to Odisha today, when they were apprehended by the police.
