Ron Police’s ‘push to the beat of the lathis’ instils fear among lockdown violating bikers
Attempting to teach the erring youths and bikers who refuse to stay home and roam around the streets during lockdown, Ron Police in North Karnataka have hit upon the idea to make bikers push their motorcycles while hitting them with lathis
The lockdown due to novel coronavirus is being violated by hooligans and unruly bikers. To teach them a lesson, Ron Taluk Police have come up the novel idea.
Police, after catching the bikers, make them push the bike for a distance and keep beating them while they are at it.
This idea has instilled fear among those who thought they could have a field day as roads are empty.
