Goods and Services Tax (GST) detects tax evasion of Rs 32.51 crore after raids at the residences of celebrity makeup artists across Kerala on Tuesday (Aug 6). The GST Intelligence Unit had been monitoring their activities for the past six months.

In the aftermath of the devastating landslides, Reliance Foundation's has pledged support to the people of Wayanad. The foundation will focus on immediate, mid-term, and long-term relief. 

ABC Cargo has expressed their willingness to provide jobs to around 100 people from landslide-hit areas in Wayanad. They will also provide free transportation to essential goods sent from UAE and Saudi Arabia.

In the massive landslides in Mundakkai in Wayanad, the death toll has risen to 406. Eight days after the disaster, the rescue efforts and relief operations are still underway.

A decomposed body was found in Shirur, Karnataka, following a landslide on Tuesday (August 6). The identity of the deceased has not yet been confirmed.
