MLA Anand Singh transferred to Narayana Nethralaya from Apollo Hospital
Anand Singh had suffered injuries to his eye after a brawl with Congress MLA Ganesh and was taken to Narayana Nethralaya, a specialised hospital in treating eye-related issues.
Vijayanagara Congress MLA, who was assaulted by the party MLA JN Ganesh, was on Thursday shifted to Narayana Nethralaya in Yeshwantpur, from Apollo Hospital in Bengaluru in an ambulance. Singh had suffered injuries to his eye and was taken to a specialised hospital in treating eye-related issues. A fight erupted between Singh and Ganesh when the Congress had holed up its MLAs in the Eagleton Resort in Bidadi, near Bengaluru, on January 20. He was admitted to hospital and later filed a complaint against Ganesh who is currently absconding. Initially after denying reports of assault on Singh, now the Congress too has ordered a probe and has told that it will not interfere in the legal process and has also suspended Ganesh from the party.
