Waterfall from Utility building's 21st floor shocks Bengalureans [Video]

Water was seen falling from the 21st floor of Utility Building in the heart of Bengaluru, and it made motorists stop and gape while passing through the road. It looked like an artificial falls that was created to amuse people. But in reality, the pipe supplying water to the building broke, resulting in water gushing out of the building right from the 21st floor. And all this while every drop of water counts in a city like Bengaluru.
