Watch: Pervert caught touching a minor girl in a crowded place

In a shocking incident, a pervert was caught trying to touch inappropriately at a fair in West Bengal. The man continued the act until a woman next to the girl asks her to move away from him. The man escaped before people could realise what had happened and after he saw another man recording his act. The incident took place in Hooghly’s Chinsurah, better known as Chuchura.
