Lt. General Subrata Saha (Retd), Former Deputy Chief of Army Staff & Member National Security Advisory Board, shares his views on the Pulwama attack that martyred 40 CRPF jawans on Feburary 14, 2019.
He adds India must be prepared to carry out repeated punitive action against Pakistan, should there be such incidents.
