Thieves follow man from ATM, loot money from bike in Bengaluru

Police suspect that the robbers had followed the man after he withdrew money from the ATM. They stole the money that the victim had kept inside the two-wheeler when he entered a nearby restaurant for lunch with his family.

 

Bengaluru: Parents were left in tears after they were robbed of money that they had withdrawn to pay their son's school fee. The incident occurred at KR Puram in Bengaluru when a man withdrew money from an ATM to pay his son's school admission fee. The man had kept the money in his two-wheeler and entered a hotel to have lunch with son and wife at Udupi Garden restaurant. Shrinath had withdrawn Rs 45,000 from an ATM belonging to Bank of India. The act of the thieves has been caught on CCTV. The suspects are still at large. KR Puram police suspect that the robbers had followed the couple from Bank of India ATM to the restaurant.
